Title: Problem with IE/Firefox

Hi All,

Has anyone seen this error before. We are on 11.0.6. When i click plus button and new report i get this error? (attached)

Ive tried resetting the browsers, clearing etc. rebooted the server. This was working fine but somthing has happened in the last three weeks. There have been no significant patches on the servers either.

I'm out of ideas?  :-[

Hi,

It looks to me like you are using a web server to connect to Cognos Analytics? Do you get the same issue if you connect using the servlet gateway (http://<hostname>:9300/bi)

In your attachment you scribbled over the hostname in the URLs at the top, but you left it in full view in both error messages. Did you intend to do that? :)

Thank MFGF, We seem to have found a lead, it works fine when your using a VPN via hotspotted phone. Apprantly it has somthing to do with a new version of our security software. Our security team are investigating.
