Title: "Super User" -Data and Security Admin - getting ERROR REGISTERING OBJECT

HI all.
My business process owner who has Data Admin and Security Admin rights on our DEV environment is trying to run a process in DEV Architect that rebuilds/updates a dimension. It also does call a subsequent process to assign security. ALL processes in the stream have the right-click SECURITY ACCESS checked.   

Any ideas ?

Hi

Do you still get the error if an ADMIN users follows the exact procedures ?

NO - Only he gets the error - ADMIN does not.
After Server recycle, 3 out 4 of the processes stopped giving him the error.  A few days later, all is fine.
Must have something to do with a hung process or resource attached to his ID that eventually cleared up.
