Hi Team,
My new client cognos env (Distributed) daily basis (4AM) the cognos service restarting to refresh the performance and clean up the dmp/core files.

2 WEB
I have approached that daily basis not required and weekly maintenance is enough to control the system performance.
This is new client and they will look for clear proper justification on this changes (My understanding whenever restart happens admin should check system function all are working as expected but here they are not following.
My expectation from you do we have any valid restart process recommended by IBM ?Or please share your thought on this cognos.
