Title: Unable to open or run the report in Cognos 11.0.7

Hello,

I get following error when I try to edit the report.I am unable to run also.

The report is migrated from c10.2.1 to c11.0.7 with backup and restore content store method.

Note: when I copy the spec from 10.2.1 and open report from spec in c11.0.7, the report has been opened. But when I try to run the report i got the same error.

Please find the error details in the picture:

Unable to understand the error also.

Any help will be appreciative.

Hi,

we had some problems with the latest Firefox and C11.0.7. as we had before with IE and C11.0.6. Did you try to switch browsers to see if the error still occurs there?

Thank you so much for the reply.
We had routing rules defined for the package we used for this report. We forgot to update the properties of the dispatcher.

The issue have got resolved.
