Hi,

One of our customers use Office 365 as their email server. But this is not supported in Cognos 10.1.
I would like to know if it works with Cognos 10.2. TIA.

Hello,

It should work with Cognos 10.2 however you have to use relay SMTP for office365 or another way is to import office365 digital certificate into JRE. Both the way it would work.
