Hey Everyone,
We are currently building a standard report in Cognos that will be pulling in a large number of rows from a SQL Server Database. We are showing 20 Data Rows per page via pagination, however, Cognos is attempting to load the entire query set while processing the query rather than just loading the 20 rows from SQL and loading the following 20 rows once I click next page.
I was wondering if anyone can point me to some articles or hints on how Cognos handles paging with the underlying data source and if there was anyway to control how cognos loads the query or performs pagination on the source.
