Title: Entire CS backup failed everyday

Hi All,

We have daily basis backup of entire content store from cognos env 10.2.2. configured in cognos connection.

last two weeks we are facing issue the CS backup failed with below errors

We have scheduled at 2 Am CST. backup process started and completed after 2 hours execution with below error. we coudlnt see any more info from logs also. if we run the job manually sometimes its working fine.

error1 - CNC-MON-0036
error 2 - java.net.ConnectException

Any one faced this issue?

A bit of googling on the error message brought up this:

Might be an issue with the max memory allocated to the jvm?

I'm curious about this, nagoole.  What do you mean?  Are you running a deployment export of the entire Content Store?  Or is this something different?

Hi All,

The issue got resolved we dont have seprate deployment share path folder all deployment saving to CMS servers only, currently we have update CQE file to save the files to one server now looks fine. whenever request went 06 either 07.
