Wondering if there is any way to get a report on all schedule reports, along with other details like recipient, schedule time, report format.
I have so many reports in environment, running at random time for different customers but now I want to sync them all. Its hard to check schedule of each report when there are 150+ reports in multiple folders
I'd suggest using Motio PI. I just use the free version...can't get anyone to shell out for the paid version. When you install it and connect it to your content store you can run a search on the job steps.
It depends on how your business is set up, but I've got the regular reports running within schedules rather than running individually. But then there are over 7,000 reports here so keeping track on them any other way would do my head in.
Ok, I started downloading Motio PI. I will install and explore it once download complete.
700-+ reports? wow.... you are really Big. How do you manage such big environment?

coffee...lots of coffee. To be honest, I don't think we're that expansive compared to others, but keeping things structured, using folders, schedules and triggers all help to keep things in line
