Hello all,
When you install Cognos Express 10.2.1 and FP4, you will see a familiar welcome page: (attachment in). Unfortunately, after clicking on the finish button nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas? I tried other browsers (Chrome and firefox). Please help me.
Best Regards,
Damian

When you click Finish, the installer goes away to install and configure Informix, which is used for the content store database. I'm guessing something on your server is preventing this install from happening. Does your user have Admin privileges for the server? Is there already an Informix instance on the server? Are the ports Informix uses already in use by some other application?
Just guesses on my part. It's worth looking at the install logs to see what's going on...
Have you checked the pre-reqs too? You can't install Express if another version is already installed, or if TM1 is installed, or if Informix is installed
