Title: Importing Global Parameters
Post by: sir_jeroen on 23 Oct 2017 09:57:44 AM
Hi,

Has anyone ever had the same issue(s) as me in CA 11 R7 (clean install) using the Automated IIS configuration script:
When I use the IIS gateway to login and go to Manage > Customizations > Parameters and click import, I get a never ending load image after selecting my Parameter Report.
When I do this using the servlet gateway (over port 9300) it all works like a charm.
And now the other strange thing:
When I've imported parameters using the servlet gateway and I go back to Manage > Customizations > Parameters I see my parameters when I connect using the Servlet Gateway, but when connecting using IIS (port 80) there's no parameter at all.
(In the Javascript console logging I also see a http 404-record which directs to a url starting with /bi (and not /ibmcognos/bi) so this maybe part of the problem)

Regards,

RA
