Title: Gateway URI does not work

Hello,

I've installed the version Cognos Version 11.0.7 with the optional Gateway. Then I configured Cognos Configuration and the IIS with the bat file from IBM for SSO.

Now I can run Cognos only with the dispatcher URI, but when I try to go into cognos portal by the gateway URI http://servername:port/ibmcognos I only get the following error Message:

Error 404: java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: Datei nicht gefunden: /ibmcognos

Has anyone an idea?

We had issues with the BAT file from Cognos. Didn't quite work and had left out a few settings.

Have a go with these steps

I have done these in three environments to ensure all environments are the same in regards to IIS settings.
