In the example file, cannot get "Overall Totals" Row to Calculate properly.

Overall Totals is easy, after some thought ...
Unlocking the "Totals" Cell, then ... writing a Query Calculation of something like ...
(Total([HowManyLocs])-Total([< 1 Year]))/Total([HowManyLocs])
... and adding that to the Cell, then Locking WORKS fine.
