Hoping the attached Excel file retains formatting.  Attempted formatting below probably won't retain when this is Posted.

In the example file, cannot get "Overall Totals" Row to Calculate properly.

   Suggestions how to get Correct calculations in Cells C12, E12, G12, and I12

Overall Totals is easy, after some thought ...

Unlocking the "Totals" Cell, then ... writing a Query Calculation of something like ...
(Total([HowManyLocs])-Total([< 1 Year]))/Total([HowManyLocs])

... and adding that to the Cell, then Locking WORKS fine.
