Title: Unable to open existing Framework Manager Model: BME-EX-0125

Hi All,

we are getting the below error while we try to open the model in FM.

BME-EX-0125 The Document Object Model (DOM) parser failed.

Version: Cognos 10.2.1

Can anyone please help me to get it resolved as our works are pending due to this.

There could probably be an expression in your model that is creating conflicts with XML syntax. Like closing the tags etc which makes the model xml incorrect. If there are any recent changes you made verify those expressions in model XML (since you cannot now open the project in FM).
