Title: Unable to connect to Cognos through mobile

Hi,

I am using Cognos 11.0.6 but facing an issue in Cognos mobile application.
Whenever I try to connect to Cognos app using the URL, it shows "Server Unreachable" for first 4-5 attempts and then it gets connected.
This particular issue is faced by all the users using the application in our organization.
Please help.
