If Gateways are now optional how does that change the Muti-server install? Do I need Web servers, what is their role other than SSO?

Hi,
You don't need web servers unless you need functionality such as single signon or WebDAV image browsing. If neither of these are important, you can use the inbuilt servlet gateway rather than a web server, and this means you won't need to install the gateway component anywhere.

Thanks MFGF, I think we do use SSO so we will have to get them installed but wonder if that's the only thing they will do or they will also route.
