I have a requirement to have part of a Row of a List totally Black since it should indicates to the user that this part of the List Information is totally not available. That is what they are asking for,
Approach:
Use Conditional Style - Advanced to check for the rows values and when the values are based on New Cars, don't show
the New Arrived or Repair and change the Cell size to Blank.
So, if it is Jaguar, fill the cell with Black Color under the Repair and Used Price since it doesn't make sense.

In your Repair column create a conditional format based on Manufacturer. You can probably select the values that you want to format for. Then just select the background and foreground as black.
