When few users are using Cognos 11.0.3..sometimes an error message is popping and it says "XQE-GEN-0028 your request was rejected becuase the query service is busy".
Do you know what is the reason for this error??

Hi,
At a guess, I'd wager the heap size for the query service is set too low? Have you looked in logs\XQE to see what the query service is logging?

This is definitely a memory issue. Increase the query service heap size.
