Title: Combination Chart - clusterd lines from secondary axis not showing in 10.2
Post by: Heather on 02 Aug 2017 09:36:20 AM
We have a combination chart in 10.1 that works fine, when I map it out in 10.2 the clustered lines are missing. It's composed of stacked bars and clustered lines. There are three fields for the secondary axis series. I've also tried changing them into a parent/child to see if that would work better, but I get the same result.

Line A
Line B
Line C

with no default measure and with a default measure

Parent
Child - when Order 1 Then A, when order 2 then B, When order 3 Then C

with no default measure

Hi,
Did you try to rebuild the Chart and see if you can get the lines displayed? And also check the tabular data of the chart query.
Good luck

Yes, the tabular data works fine. I noticed this on more than one report. The bars are stacked by group and month. I am unable to break down the line data by group (see attached) as this has nothing to do with the lines - they are only measured by month. For example: The first point on Line 1 for January is 36.07, the first point for line 2 in January is 30.93, etc...

Also, Bar 2 for January has the following info for each group stacked - AWE = 42857, FGI =8273, etc... in one bar.
As a work around I've tried to divide a line by 4 to get a number for each group but get the same result and no lines on the chart.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks

Here is further information. The first section I've boxed is a view of how the lines show in 10.1. The points on the line automatically relate to AWE, FGI, etc..., whereas in 10.2, they aren't being recognized although there is data in the tabular data (see previous post for attachment)
