We are at 11.0.6, just converted from 10.2.2. A report that is scheduled is running fine and is bursted correctly and the history details show all emails sent. However, some are saying no emails were received. I am wondering is the history details are correct or if indeed Cognos can be giving incorrect messages.
Hi, is there any text / message in the body of the notification and is there an attachment ? If so, can you try removing the text in body of the mail and run the schedule ?
We did see such a problem where if the body has text in a subscription that has an attachment then the mail is not received by users even though cognos says it has sent mail to x recipients.
Let us know what you find after trying this.
