In cognos analytics 11.0.6 we see a strange behavior with subscriptions. Whenever there is a body text added with the report attached to subscription the mails are not going out though the subscription status says mail was sent to x no. Of recipients . If we remove the text from mail body then mail is received successfully.
Did anyone face such a problem?

Yes, I think I am having a similar problem with scheduled reports. Although mine go to some emails with others not going. I wonder if these are similar?

Its a known bug. But rather than jumping the gun to upgrade to Cognos 11.0.7, we are advising users to clear the body for their schedules and subscriptions.
Yes, at this point, we asked our users to remove the body from the subscriptions. Let's hope this is resolved in 11.0.7.
