Hi
I have a task to send an email in event studio when defined condition met and condition result to be on mail body.
I've inserted table then add attributes by column.
Report was running fine for while but now when I open the report in event studio, mail body is fixed to plain text.
I lose all formattng and unable to switch to HTML as I do not have 'Change to HTML format' bottun any more.
I know something wrong with my PC as when I use my colleague PC I have no problem but what is not OK?
Strange things is that on scheduling tool (eg. report studio) I can switch 'Change to HTML format' / 'Change to plain text'.

Sry for late response. Issue has been resolved.
I had to set Enterprise Mode - ON in my prowser.
No compatibility mode has set manually.
IBM Cognos Business Intelligence now contains document mode tags which will allows Internet Explorer to be used without manually setting any compatibility modes. Content from IBM Cognos Business Intelligence will be rendered in the appropriate document mode as designated by the product.
