We are using Cognos Analytics version 11.0.6. We have built a report in which on the report page we have a query assigned. Reason for this is we have defined some conditions in a string variable so we need to add it to a property list as the item exists in a query but is not referenced in the layout.
We also have a Region and Facility prompt where Region prompt is the cascade source.
The issue here is that the prompt just refreshed once, i.e. when we select Region A, the facility populates facilities belonging to Region A. When we change Region prompt to Region B, still the Facility prompt shows values for Region A.
Are we missing something on this ?
Request you to provide some insights for the same on how to fix this.
