Print Page - show data label on clustered column chart

Hi, I started using cognos 11 and I am trying to find the property that used to be in 10.2

Click on series container and properties chart labels show values .

I could not find the above property , all i have to do is show the label on the top of the bar with measure value in cognos 11 .

Any help is appreciated .

I'm having the same exact issue and can't find any way to resolve the issue. You would think this would be a simple fix, but I'm baffled.
