Title: Enabling Accessibility Features for reportnet reports in PDF format

I have a problem in enabling  Accessibility Features (508 compliance) for PDF reports created in Reportnet and then converted to Cognos 8 reports.

How can we enable Accessibility Features (508 compliance) for Reportnet MR3 as well as for Cognos 8 PDF reports.
The problem is the PDF documents must be “tagged” properly to make them accessible to screen readers. how can we do that
