In Safari browser Getting blank page, when the user clicks on email report link.

What version of Safari? What URL are you using for Cognos Analytics?

Can you tell us as much as you can about how things are set up? What you posted above gives us nothing at all to go on...

Thanks for your response.
Safari version: 10.0.3

Basically we ran the report and saved the report output. Then the user subscribed to that output link to be sent via email. Once the user got the email with the HTML link, i copied the URL onto the safari browser and it shows the cognos login page. But once we login it shows blank page.

The same link doesn't even get me to login screen is older safari versions like 5.0. The error is safari cant establish a secure connection to the server.
