Print Page - Chart overflow

Hi all.
when there are too many points in x axis, the chart will overfolw the window.
I want to display a scrollbar under the chart, but it doesn't work even use block.
I appreciate your help very much.

Insert the Chart in block,Click on Block and Select Size and over Flow,Select the option 'use Scroll bar only When necessary' and set the Height And width u want,thanks

i tried in Reportnet1.1 and Cognos8 its working fine
