Hi all,
I have a "Period" dimension in TM1. It has years and months together in the one dimension. I then have an Alias called "RelTime". This is identical to the dimension elements except for "Apr-2017" which has been renamed "Current Month". I plan to use a TI to update the contents of the RelTime alias to roll it forward.
I would like to do two things then in Report Studio so I can schedule reports to run using "Current Month".
1. I have RelTime in a PeriodQuery which displays correctly and am then using it in the "Use Value" field for the Tree Prompt. Unfortuately when it is run the tree prompt displays the element ID's rather than the Alias values.
2. I would like to set the Default Selection to use "Current Month" from the alias, however only the element ID's are visible in the wizard (this is less important as I should be able to set the prompt in the run options should I be able to get the alias to display in the point above).
Any ideas how I can achieve this please?
