Post by: Mita on 13 Mar 2017 03:10:56 AM
Hi Experts,

Our user wants a manual button at the below of report to download the report in EXCEL and CSV format.

I tried doing it in drill through ,Its working but its taking time .
Is there any alternate option for this?

Thanks in advance

Can't you just tell the user that the way to do that is to click on the manual button at the top of the page?

So manage their expectations and tell them that it's a major piece of development work to get the functionality that's already part of the product. It'll take some time to develop and cost them £750 (pick your own large number) to get the button...or they can use the button that's already there.

Just remember what BigChris said. £750 for time and development.

It'll be another £750 for a spreadsheetML, I mean Excel, button.

You guys are cheap. I go for at least 2000 Euro per element.
