Title: Combination Chart - With multiple measures

Hi,
I need to deign a combination chart with stacked area and stacked bar. A brief description about the chart. I need to compare the Plan (Measure - 1) vs Actual (Measure - 2) across different markets (Stacked) for each year (X-Axis).
