I am using cognos 10.2.

I have the following table:

MonthNum MonthName Owner TaskCount

MonthNum is hidden.
I would like to order the table by MonthNum and group it by MonthName.

If I try to sort and group at the same time, the Monthname is not sorted.
If I ungroup Monthname, then the sort works properly.
The Aggregate and Rollup Aggregate functions are all set to Non for all columns.

What am I doing wrong here?

I think you probably need to set the detail sorting in the "Sorting and Grouping" from the Properties pane.
