I have a Value Prompt on a List Report, and would like to concatenate the Value Prompt answer to the List Report Header like ...
'FY ' + ParamDisplayValue('Parameter 1')+' '+'Report'

All the text displays is ...
'FY ' + ParamDisplayValue('Parameter 1')+' '+'Report'
