Title: Restart Cognos after changing logging levels?

Hi,

Quick question....does Cognos require a service restart after you amend the logging levels via Cognos Administration, or does the service pick up the changes after a 30 second cycle?

I have a sneaky feeling a service restart is required, Dev. I can check the docs but not until Monday...

Hi,
I changed the audit logging level from minimum to medium and I dont have to restart the services. I checked the audit reports after changing the logging level and the audit db started populating the audit data for the reports that I ran after changing the setting.
