My Cross tab needs to display data something like below but it is not.

                             Nov12th                   Nov17th
Number   Param
1166       Size        1=Length x width      4=Obscured
Depth     1=None Present        3=White or grey
              Type       4=Serous thin           2=Induration

It is displaying like below :
                             Nov12th                   Nov17th
Number   Param
1166       Size        1=Length x width      1=Length x width
              Depth      1=Length x width      1=Length x width
              Type       1=Length x width       1=Length x width

any idea why it is behaving like that??

hi,

It's really hard to guess what your goal is and what steps have you done already.
First, what are the data items involve in your cross tab, measure used and purpose of the crosstab (define in words).
Second, why do you need to define content? Defining a content is for overriding intersection cell values.
Third, what's calculation you used for the cell?

Without the expression you used to define the contents, it is pretty much impossible to offer a reason.
