Dear Cognos Gurus,
I've created security namespace using Windows Active Directory in Cognos Analytics 11 and the connection between Cognos Analytics and Active directory is successful and no error happened
but the real problem is when i'm trying to login into Cognos Analytics, the login time took so long (around 5 - 10 minute) and when i tried to open report or Administration configuration are also took longer time
i have an assumption that the problem is because both servers have different segment such as:
Let's say my cognos server IP is '10.10.8.xx' and my active directory ip server is '10.10.2.xx'
are there some gurus, could help me with this issue?
i really appreciate if someone could help me to solve this issues

IP/network configuration is not necessarily a problem, and would not account for login times in the minutes. I assume logging into Windows does not take nearly as long or everyone would be complaining.
The people you really should visit with are whoever manages the AD infrastructure. There are things they may have configured that can impact performance.
