Title: Dont see option to create package in Cognos Connection beside database connectio

Hello

Unable to publish package in Transformer, receive error TR0163.

When I go to cognos connection, I can see the database connection to cube, which tests successful, however dont see in properties option to publish package ?

Wondering if permission problem ?

check transformer properties. make sure the path to the content store is defined properly.

Was there additional information beyond just the error message?

Is this a brand new cube or an update and the package been published before? When you update a Transformer cube you do not need to republish it each time.
