Hi Team,
Total column in crosstab , displaying 1234.51. the requirement is to show only 1234
In addition to this , total column is not editable , we cant use any function on this.
if I use data format, it rounds off, which should not happen.
Any idea/ suggestion.

Remove the automatic total column and replace it with a query calculation that uses the floor() function. You can format the column to make it look like the automatic total column

Yes I can do that,, but 5 report items are there in crosstab rows. what should i do now... actually what statement should i write for all those report items in rows of crosstab.

Your question isn't clear. What difference do the row headings make if you are adding a column for the total? Wouldn't you just total the measure?
