Is it possible to get the report names and the associated cognos groups for which they have access to the report from content store?
Any inputs will be appreciated.

This task can be completed a couple of different ways using Avnet BSP's MetaManager™. Using the Security Audit tool you can see the complete security lineage for a user, including groups and rolls, as well as any direct or indirect access to objects in the content store, all the way down to the report level.

Additionally, we can obtain documentation related to the content store access with the Canned Reports "Account Security Audit", giving a complete documentation of user security, groups and roles, and direct and indirect access down to the report level. This report can be generated in a variety of formants, PDF, Excel, XML. I've included a screen shot of the PDF export for user Alfredo here.
