Hi,

Our production environment is currently Cognos BI 10.2.2. FP4 with TM1 10.1.1. FP2.   We upgraded our BI test system to FP5, then lost connection to the TM1 server.   Unfortunately its not a very scientific test, because at the same time I upgraded the SSL certificates on TM1 as per this - http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21991547 - so I don't know which is causing the problem!

OK so I've fixed it - apologies! - I'd have deleted the original post, but it didn't let me.

The SSL certificates needed updating on the 32-bit install of TM1 on the BI server, and I'd missed this step.  Once I did this, it started working.  I've spent days looking at this too!
