I am facing an issue while setup Office 365 with Cognos 10.2.2 with FP2 environment. Below is the error we are getting while email the report:
CNC-SDS-0408 - There are email messages waiting to be sent.
CNC-SDS-0410 - The email message was not sent. Approximate message size :[1KB] The Mail server returned this error:[EOF]
CNC-SDS-0335 Error returned from SMTP server. The error message was :[EOF]. The message could not be sent.
We have added exceptions to firewall already.
Please suggest further.

From the Supported Environments page, it looks like 10.2.1 already has support for MS Office 2013. not Office 365
although I did find the following support for MS Office 2016

Yes we got fix. We have setup relay SMTP for office365 which solved the problem.

Will SMTP relay work in a Linux Server ?
What steps need to be followed as I have O365 with TLS.
