Hi all,

As the title states I have a need to hide certain namespaces from users using Query Studio.

How is this possible?

Hi,

Do you mean the same user should see the namespace in Report Studio but not Query Studio?

Hi

Apologies for not being clearer.

No, we have several users using query studio and we have multiple namespaces.

I want them to be able to see some namespaces for reporting against and hide the others from them.

They dont have access to report studio.

ALL namespaces should be visible to myself in all studios.

Hi,

What you're looking for is Object Security in Framework Manager.

Select the namespace you want to secure in FM, and go to Tools -> Specify Object Security. You can read more about it here:
