I have a large number of scheduled jobs sent to a variety of different email addresses. We are starting to get a lot of failures as the recipients leave their company.
I can see the failures under the Activities but it is very time consuming to drill in and get the invalid email to maintain the job.
Has anyone come up with a way to report on these sorts or errors?
They don't appear to be captured in the audit db.
Have you considered defining custom SMTP rules? You can specify an address to receive notifications to when mail delivery fails:
