Title: incomplete download/email

Sometimes my Cognos data isn't complete. It seems to happen if I randomly even if I wait for it to run, email it, or have it save. I noticed it when my list had 5 last columns (that all should have data), but my last row only had the first attribute And the other 4 were blank. Of course I only noticed when I had almost completed my work.... Does this happen to anyone? Any idea on how to prevent it?

Are you getting an error message? Have you checked the server logs? Could it be timing out? How much data are you trying to pull in?

This happens to me too - I am new to Cognos but when I download to excel (or have it emailed), sometimes I get all the data, sometimes there can be rows missing. Did you find out what was causing the issue?
