When deploying an updated package from Dev to Prod, I'm losing my package linkage in all reports on Prod when I copy (or move) the imported package from the deployment folder to the folder where all packages reside. I know from 10.2.1 about the parameter you apply to the /templates/ps/system.xml to get the copy to work and retain the linkage but it seems that parameter is not working with 11.0.3
Am I missing something else? maybe something peculiar to CA ?
According to my PMR.. "the deep copy parameter via the system.xml file is definitely not supported for Cognos Analytics", meaning anything you copy/move will acquire a new ObjectID
