hi all,

Formatting query items is better in Framework Manager or Report studio..? is that affect the performance of report (speed).

I have not noticed any performance increase if you formatted your query items in FM

but it helps to develop reports faster as the query items will have formatting applied. I prefer to apply the formatting in the FM model.

Although a bit different from your question.

In some cases you have to format in FM, eg., for pass-through sql query items.
