Hello,

Can Pass-through SQL in Cognos Report Studio be used to access data from an ACCESS Database(snapshot of real database) that is stored on the computer (say desktop)?

You will need to create a datasource in cognos connection pointing to the access database.
choose ODBC Datasource type when you create the the new datsource
