I need some confirmation on scheduling process.
Requirement is like this,
Report should schedule at 9:00 a.m. (end time: 9:01 a.m.) every 6th day of every month without manual intervention and will be saved in file location system.
For this, I have scheduled the report as per requirement i.e. selecting By Month->Day '6' of every (month)->options (PDF format)->Delivery (save to File system)->Start Date (9:00 a.m.,Aug 6,2016)->End (9:01 a.m.,Aug 6,2016).
Now my question, is this procedure is correct to schedule the reports every month without manual change since I have given dates as 9:00 am Aug 6,2016(starting date) and 9:01 a.m. Aug 6,2016 (ending date).
Please give your suggestions on this.

Hi,
If you specify an "End by" date and time, the schedule will terminate on this date. Based on what you have posted here, your schedule will be trigger your reports at 9am on 6th August, and will then terminate at 9:01 am on 6th August, so it will run once and once only on 6th August.
There is no feature in the scheduling tool to specify when the schedule should finish its processing. If you schedule your reports at 9am, they will be submitted at that time. They might take a few minutes to run, but you have no option in the scheduler to force them to run within a minute. Specifying the "End by" date and time for your schedule is simply stating that the schedule will terminate forever at this point (ie will trigger no further reports to run henceforth).
Assuming you want your reports to run every 6th day of every month, select the "No end date" option instead of the "End by" option above.
