Anyone else out there using this?  If so I would love to hear your thoughts/issues/ideas on it.

Thanks
Jeff

I am using the Analysis for Microsoft Office plugin.

Note: It is for Microsoft Office, not just for Excel! (Tested & works with Word and Powerpoint). It has also the (older) "Office Go!" plugin integrated.

Although we had some installation issues (uninstall all .NET-Frameworks, then install 2.0 only!), it ends up working fine. It has all features, that you would also find in standard pivoting-features in Office. Of course, it's a real good thing to call Powercubes directly.

This might be helpful to add...

When I installed and was testing the functionality I came across an error when trying to open published excel or powerpoint entries from Cognos Connection.  I would get an excel or powerpoint error which didn't allow the file to be opened.  I had no problem opening published Word documents.  The issue was that I had to delete all my temporary internet files including all offline content from Internet Explorer--> Tools/Internet Options.  After I did this and relaunched IE, the published files open with out issue from Cognos Connection.
