My Cognos 11 active report (dashboard) is not running in Internet Explorer 11. The reports not rendering the rave visual it stops at Creating Visualization. Same reports are running fine in Firefox and when scheduled to Ipad.

Have you made sure that compatibility mode is not enabled?

I have the same issue as sukanya, I turned the compatibility mode on and off still the reports won't render. In my case, if you run the reports individually it will launch, but when you use the Cognos page (dashboard with 4 charts) it fails. I already installed Silverlight 5, the result is still the same. This is the error I am getting "failed to load visualization bundle for 'az.Pie.IBP' with error 'Unable to get property 'addEventListener' of undefined or null reference". The file size is only 3-5mb per report. When I run the report on the server side, the filters won't work so I need the launch it on the client side. I also did the following:
Allow Cookies.
Active Scripting.
Allow META REFRESH.
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins.
Binary and script behaviors.
Allow programmatic clipboard access.
Enable pop-ups for the IBM Cognos BI server.
Enable Userdata Persistence
