Hello All,

I had a requirement to disable the email options from the portal. I was successfully able to implement that. However I am not able to disable / or hide a checkbox in the report run with options. Please can you guide me from where I can disable / or hide the check box. Please find the screenshot attached.

Is hiding run with options entirely a viable option for you? You could set that under Administration -> Security -> Capabilities -> Cognos Viewer.

I'd have to dig around to find the option to disable one checkbox. They are usually hidden in XML files.
