If you are using this in a list header or something I usually do the following:

Unlock report
Add a Block to the list header
Move the Header Text into the block
Set Size and Overflow of the block to width=1px

This way the column will still move if needed but the text will always remain correct

If you want to display a text vertically...you can try this

select the text and in the properties define the Text flow and Justification "Writing Mode" to "Top to bottom, right to left".

Hope this helps!

Yes that would work if he wanted to display the text from top to bottom but notice that the desired format is from bottom to top.

Phani, I don't think this possible.  I've tried everything to make it work with no luck.  Possible future enhancement?

Phani,
Is sales the only text that you need to display in this way?  If so, I would create a table (1 column by 5 rows).  Size it to your specs and type a single letter in each cell.  Remove the borders.

HTH...Let us know how it goes.
